The Wayfarer's Remedy Book is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the content is downloadable and consumed immediately, all sales are final once the download has been accessed and we are unable to offer refunds.

By completing your purchase and downloading the Product, you expressly acknowledge and consent to immediate access to the digital content and waive any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply (including, where relevant, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law for digital content).

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from downloading or opening your copy of the Product, please reach out via the support channel on this site and we will work with you to resolve it.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Card network rules regarding chargebacks and disputes continue to apply independently of this policy.
